Edward Boyd, a Sky News Business reporter, has stated that newly elected RBA Governor Michele Bullock has a “big week” ahead of her after taking over the office back in September this year.
A speech before the Commonwealth Bank will be delivered on Tuesday night. As of now, no topic has been released.
Later this week, it is anticipated that Ms. Bullock will have a significant public appearance in front of the parliament.
“It’s one that a lot of people closely watch, and you get a lot more interaction between the Governor and MPs,” Mr. Boyd stated.
“Expect inflation and the cash rate to be top of mind, and the main subject (will be) discussed later this week when she appears.”
